Hyundai's Koan has earned the highest score for overall vehicle technology satisfaction in the study's small vehicle segment.


The J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study ranked the Hyundai Kona as earning the highest score for overall vehicle technology satisfaction in the study's small vehicle segment.

The Hyundai Kona was recognised for scoring the highest in categories such as entertainment and connectivity, smarphone mirroring and navigation The TXI Study measures owners' experiences, usage, and interaction with driver-centric vehicle technology at 90 days of ownership, and provides an understanding of opportunities for minimising the gap between customer experience and execution.

The Hyundai Kona tied with the Toyota C-HR for the top spot in the small segment, and was recognised for scoring the highest in categories such as entertainment and connectivity, driving assistance, smartphone mirroring, and navigation.

The award-winning Hyundai Kona comes with standard equipment that includes a 7.0-inch LCD touchscreen with rearview camera, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and LED Daytime Running Lights.
