Audi has upgraded its service centre located in Ubi, a state-of-the-art facility that promises to provide a truly premium customer journey.

Audi Singapore celebrated the grand reopening of its Service Centre yesterday, located at 55 Ubi Road 1, amongst its customers and members of the media.

The refreshed Audi Service Centre offers a new service concept that is modelled after the best in hospitality industry and airline lounges Driving customer delight and service excellence, the state-of-the-art facility underwent a year-long renovation centered around enhancing the overall customer aftersales experience.

Assessing elements that impact all the five senses, the finer details like scent, refreshments, music and amenities have been redesigned to deliver a truly premium customer journey throughout. The new and improved facility has increased capacity, incorporating the brand's latest customer experience concepts.

It is also built to accommodate the increased vehicle population following the brand's consecutive years of record sales in the country. The increased capacity also allows for more flexibility in the customer booking process.

The lounge is equipped with sofa seats for those looking to kick back and relax, as well as workstations with charging points for customers keen to get some work done while waiting. All customers will receive personalised service to their seat, where the service team will bring all paperwork, updates and payment functions to the customer.

The Direct Reception bays allow for the Audi service team to access the cars along with its customers, located right beside the lounge In close proximity to the lounge are the direct reception bays, where the service team will be able to directly access and inspect Audi cars with its customers all within the comforts of the lounge area.

At the exclusive launch event yesterday, the winner of the Audi A4 giveaway lucky draw was announced as part of the 'Home Knows Best' campaign, open to all customers who had used the service facility between 3 August 2018 and 30 April 2019. The prize was a brand new Audi A4 sedan equipped with Audi Genuine Accessories.

Invited guests were also treated to the preview of three new models that will be offered in Singapore in the coming months, pending local homologation. The Audi RS5 Sportback and the 2.0 TFSI variant of the Audi A6 were showcased here for the first time, as well as the Audi e-tron.

This Sunday, 2 June, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, Audi will be hosting an Open House at the newly renovated Audi Service Centre. Open to everyone, the event will feature attractive offers for the latest range of models, a rare opportunity to preview the new Audi e-tron and Audi RS5 Sportback, aftersales promotions, service clinics as well as special activities for children.
